Ray McKim is a certified public landman who has 30 years experience in the oil field.  
Catherine Norwood has over 30 years experience in the oil gas industry.  She has extensive knowledge in economic evaluations, reserve certifications, acquisition and divestiture work, reservoir simulation, and well test analyses.  She was appointed by Governor Abbott in 2016 to serve a 7 year term on the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
Jacob Holloman has a master's degree from Rice University and has recently become a registered Professional Engineer.

T. Scott Hickman founded T. Scott Hickman & Associates in 1973.   He  obtained his bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1957 and his master's degree from Louisiana Tech in 1968.  He has over 50 years of experience working across the Permian Basin. 
J. Louis Moseley has over 40 years experience in the Permian Basin.  Graduating from University of Oklahoma in 1960, Louis has maintained his professional licensure in Oklahoma and Texas.  Louis has been involved several industry groups.

Steve McClaine, a Texas Tech graduate, is President of Hickman McClaine & Associates, Inc.  Steve has  over 30 years experience.  Steve has been involved in numerous projects over the years requiring application of technical analysis in both engineering and geological disciplines.  Steve has a background providing support in numerous areas including reservoir engineering, integrated reservoir studies, economic evaluations, reserve classification, acquisition and divestiture work, management advisement, reservoir simulation, field operations, and litigation support and expert witness testimony.  
Maurice P. Gaddis, Mo, has over 40 years experience in the oil and gas industry. With a master's degree from the University of Texas, Mo has deep understanding of enhanced oil recovery techniques including waterfloods, steam floods, polymer floods, and fire floods.
Betsy Wells graduated from Texas A&M University with a bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering.  She has several years experience in the Permian Basin. Betsy has the ability to analyze and evaluate prospects for acquisitions and divestiture, collaborating with teams to economically develop various acreage positions, specifically, horizontal shale plays, and identifying optimal horizontal targets, spacing, completion and production design.
